Program Director Job

This role oversees multiple initiatives, programs, and projects to align with strategic goals. The Program Director manages scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring successful delivery of objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate and oversee project execution, providing guidance and support to teams to ensure they meet their objectives.

  • Evaluate program performance using established metrics, tracking progress against key performance indicators and taking corrective action as needed.

  • IDentify, assess, and address any issues or risks that may impact delivery, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

  • Foster communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Ensure governance processes are followed, preparing and presenting program performance reports and dashboards for executive review.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies, including PMI, MSP, Agile.

  • Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive program plans.

  • Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks.

  • Strong skills in managing program budgets and financials.

  • Ability to manage and lead change within the program.

  • Relevant certifications in program and project management.
