Quality Assurance Specialist

The team seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to optimize search results in the Indian market.

This role requires an in-depth understanding of Indian culture, politics, and economy. The successful candidate must reside in India and possess extensive cultural knowledge of the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a global team of Quality Assurance Specialists to provide cultural expertise on India for business and customers.
  • Manage performance of work-at-home resources who work on projects to enhance internet search results.
  • Analyze adherence to guidelines and rules using performance data from operating systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and develop improvement programs.
  • Design, implement, and deliver specific training through web-based eLearning materials and online video production.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Hindi is desirable; other Indian languages are also acceptable.
  • Must have in-depth familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs of the Indian market.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, are required.
