Senior Identity Access Management Specialist

Job Role: Advanced Identity Access Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-level support for access management and Sailpoint in a critical banking environment.
- Evaluate and ensure adherence to PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator standards.
- Design, implement, and optimize OAM and Sailpoint platforms; manage capacity and upgrades.
- Lead major incidents and guide junior teams; produce comprehensive post-incident reports.
- Establish standards and implement automation using scripts and infrastructure as code.
- Participate in disaster recovery exercises and performance benchmarking.
- Maintain excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in access management and Sailpoint.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, Unix/Linux, and ServiceNow/BMC.
- Knowledge of SWIFT compliance and capacity planning is essential.
Successful candidates will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is highly desirable.
