Job Title: Identity and Access Specialist

Role Overview:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Specialist to administer and maintain identity platforms, implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies, and monitor and report on identity-related activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain identity platforms including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Implement and manage RBAC policies across systems
  • Monitor and report on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies
  • Collaborate with security architects to design and improve identity infrastructure
  • Support audits and compliance efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning
  • Identify and remediate identity security risks and misconfigurations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Understanding of identity reporting and analytics, including access logs and entitlement reviews
  • Knowledge of identity architecture, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management
  • Experience with managing RBAC models
  • Comprehension of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Azure IAM features, such as Conditional Access and Privileged Identity Management
  • Exposure to AWS IAM and cloud identity integrations
  • Scripting or automation skills, including PowerShell and Python
  • Azure DLP (Purview) experience
