Identity Operations Engineer Role

The company is seeking a skilled engineer to join their team in designing, building, and maintaining identity management solutions.

  • We require an experienced professional who can design and implement Role Based Access Control (RBAC) systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, and workflow integration.
  • Bidirectional synchronization between HR Systems like Workday and ServiceNow integration will be a key responsibility.
  • Familiarity with modern authentication methodologies like SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, etc., is essential.

The ideal candidate should have good experience with SailPoint IIQ and ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk, and other modern Identity and Access Management products.

  • Perform requirements analysis, interfacing with stakeholders of various levels, and documenting solutions effectively.
  • The ability to think abstractly and deal well with ambiguous or undefined problems is required.
  • The selected candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to change quickly.
