Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead the launch of new programs from initial client requirements to full operational hand-off.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop an in-depth understanding of client needs, compile and analyze requirements, and manage the entire program launch process using a detailed action-planning tool.
  • - Work closely with Senior Leader of PI, center directors, account managers, and internal department leaders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • - Interact with ITS Manager to meet system requirements and with development personnel to assist with project design documentation and track application/report development timelines.
  • - Manage day-to-day activities of a new program until it is successfully launched and handed off to operations team.
  • - Act as subject matter expert on efficiency and productivity gains, identifying and implementing internal process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • - Master's degree or equivalent, with four to ten years of related experience and/or training.
  • - Ability to analyze and interpret technical journals and financial/legal documents.
  • - Proficiency with mathematical concepts like probability, statistical inference, and financial accounting.
  • - Valid driver's license or other government-issued ID.
