Formulation & QC Specialist Wanted

Job Description:

We seek an accomplished Formulation & QC expert to spearhead our pet nutraceuticals and health supplements operation. The ideal candidate will develop formulations for dog and cat syrups, tonics, and supplements while ensuring quality compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize formulations for canine and feline products.
  • Select suitable excipients, preservatives, flavors, and stabilizers safe for animals.
  • Oversee small-scale batch preparation (mixing, filtration, filling, capping, labeling) for pet health supplements.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleaning protocols for pet product manufacturing.
  • Perform basic QC tests (pH, clarity, taste/palatability, viscosity, appearance) specific to dogs and cats supplements.
  • Approve/reject incoming raw materials (vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts for pets).
  • Store stability samples and quality records.
  • Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines.
  • Serve as the Technical Liaison for licensing and inspections.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  • B.Pharm / M.Pharm (preferred) OR M.Sc. Chemistry / M.Sc. Food Technology / Veterinary Science / Nutraceuticals degree.
  • 2–5 years of experience in pet health supplements / veterinary nutraceuticals / animal syrups or tonic manufacturing.
