Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a skilled automation engineer to work on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate test cases into automation scripts using C# for GUI and API tests.
  • Maintain adherence to coding standards and guidelines defined for automation.
  • Perform manual testing of web-based applications and web services in a client-server environment.
  • Be proactive in working on both manual and automation testing.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of web-based architecture and manage to debug any web or server errors.
  • Understand functional, database, sanity, end-to-end integration, and regression testing independently, adhering to Scrum guidelines.
  • Review code and fix any issues identified in scheduled automation runs.
  • Perform root cause analysis of script failures logged bugs.
  • Submit and track automation-identified defects.
  • Elevate and follow up in a timely manner about all blocking issues and deviations from SOPs.
  • Demonstrate very good knowledge in SDLC and STLC processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid knowledge in automation testing.
  • Good experience in C# programming.
  • Experience in testing web services and Rest APIs.
  • Hands-on experience in service testing tools like Fiddler, SOAP UI, POSTMAN, Protractor, and Playwright.
