Our team is seeking an Automation Specialist to own our Growth Triggering Machine (GTM) stack and bring engineering excellence to sales & marketing.

What you'll accomplish

  • Develop automation pipelines for prospecting, lead enrichment, and outreach using Python and tools like n8n/Zapier.
  • Integrate AI APIs into GTM workflows for personalization and lead scoring.
  • Automate discovery and engagement on various channels.
  • Clean and model data to support ICP design, segmentation, and growth analytics.
  • Rapidly experiment with growth hacks: prototype, measure, iterate.

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years experience in automation engineering, growth operations, or data engineering.
  • Strong in Python, APIs, and data wrangling (SQL/Pandas).
  • Hands-on with workflow tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) and integrations (HubSpot, Apollo, Slack, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) a significant plus.
  • Startup mindset: agile, fast, outcome-oriented.
