Portal Management Business Analyst

This role is pivotal in the development and implementation of an automated transactions tracking management process for customers using various B2B portals across the Middle East and Western regions.

  • Analyze data and data flow requirements for each customer portal, coordinating with IT teams to develop a Portal Platform that meets Emerson's data needs in Saudi Arabia.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer portals in the MEA Western region and design innovative business processes to enable deployment on the Portal Management Platform.
  • Assist in phased testing and deployment of solutions around B2B portals management platforms.
  • Provide timely updates and accurate reports to team members.
  • Support enhancements to meet customer critical metrics.
  • Liaise between business users and development teams to assess customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience with Emerson
  • Knowledgeable with Oracle ERP modules (SCM, Finance, Projects)
  • Intermediate project management skills and presentation delivery
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe)
  • Understanding of business processes (Quote to Cash)
