Operations Director Job

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the end-to-end operations of our apparel/fabric manufacturing business.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership in production, supply chain, quality, and sustainability while driving continuous improvement to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead day-to-day operations across production, planning, sourcing, warehousing, and distribution functions.
  2. Ensure production targets are met with optimal resource utilization and minimum wastage.
  3. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  2. Minimum 15+ years of experience in apparel/fabric manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  3. Strong knowledge of end-to-end apparel production processes (knits, woven, fabric, finishing).
  4. Proven track record in lean manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and operational excellence.
