Job Title: Software Engineer - Health Platform

About the Role

We're a deep-tech startup building a digital health platform that powers hospitals, doctors, patients, labs, pharmacies, and IoT devices under one ecosystem. Our platform includes Hospital Management Software, mobile apps, AI-driven insights, and real-time wearable/device data integration – all aligned with national health standards.

As a software engineer, you'll be part of our core team building scalable APIs and microservices for this end-to-end healthcare experience. This is an opportunity to work on real-world challenges at scale and grow with the product from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop backend microservices for hospital workflows, patient records, lab integrations, pharmacy, and billing.
  • Build and optimize REST/GraphQL APIs for mobile apps and hospital dashboards.
  • Work with databases and object storage to manage large-scale health data.
  • Implement FHIR-based data exchange for interoperability with national health APIs.
  • Ensure security, consent, and compliance in every data flow.
  • Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers to deliver role-based applications.
  • Participate in training, code reviews, and deployment cycles.
Requirements
  • Strong fundamentals in coding, computer science, databases, and API integration.
  • Familiarity with Node.js / Python.
  • Able to think independently, learn quickly, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Excited to work on multiple modules rather than a single application.
  • Open to 2 months of structured training before taking on live projects.
