\Job Overview\

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Software Engineer to join our agile team in Consumer and Community Banking - Connected Commerce/Proprietary Wallets group.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to support business and technical teams.\
  • Develop secure and high-quality production code and review/debug code written by others.\
  • Drive decisions influencing product design, application functionality, and technical operations.\
  • Serve as function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus.\
  • Contribute to engineering community as advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of Software Development Life Cycle.
\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years applied experience.\
  • Demonstrated expertise in key web technologies and their non-functional requirements.\
  • Familiarity with React, TypeScript, UI design systems, ADA compliance, and content management systems.\
  • Experience with experimentation related to web data analytics, digital marketing, and other essential metrics.\
  • Understanding of enterprise web application design, build, and overall deployment lifecycle.
\Preferred Qualifications:\
  • Finance domain experience with United States Banking & Payments industry.\
  • Knowledge and working experience on Card Network Payment, Fraud, Settlement.
