Production Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Production Management function. This role will oversee the end-to-end production environment of our enterprise applications, focusing on stability, performance, and scalability.

  • Oversight of Application Engineering: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high availability and reliability of applications, driving continuous improvement, automation, and performance tuning.
  • End-to-End Production Ownership: Manage the production environment, including defining SLAs, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and ensuring timely resolution of issues with minimal business disruption.
  • Solutioning & Technical Leadership: Provide direction on technical solutions, architecture decisions, and process improvements, evaluating and implementing tools to enhance monitoring, alerting, and response mechanisms.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong problem-solving, crisis management, and decision-making skills. A deep understanding of ITIL framework, DevOps principles, and SRE best practices is also essential.

Beyond technical expertise, excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are required, as well as experience working with monitoring tools, cloud environments, and automation pipelines.
