Enterprise Software Lead

We are looking for a skilled software developer who will lead and contribute to the application development of our product.

  • Analyze complex requirements, design, and implement enterprise-level applications with strong coding strategies.
  • Setup a strategy to execute tasks in a scrum environment.
  • Build or Enhance features respecting task constraints and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Delivery high-quality results with best practices.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to identify solutions.
  • Follow agile methodologies and raise concerns about incomplete or poor requirements.
  • Attend all Scrum ceremonies and provide guidance on design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in in-depth design and development with Java, Spring boot, and RESTful microservices.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Object-oriented design and backend application development with REST API services.
  • Building highly scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant cloud-native applications.
  • API Gateway knowledge is beneficial.
  • Serverless, Elastic Search, Redis, NoSQL, Kubernetes Container experience.
  • Exposure to containerization tools and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Sonar.
  • Agile development experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • AWS Solution Architect - Professional certification is desirable.
