Cloud Transformation Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Transformation Specialist to join our cloud services team. As a key member, you will engage with customers to understand their business requirements and challenges related to cloud computing and digital transformation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer business requirements, challenges, and goals related to cloud computing and digital transformation. Conduct detailed needs assessments to find opportunities where Azure can make valuable contributions.
  • Solution Design and Presentations: Collaborate with the sales team to design and present customized Azure solutions that address customer needs. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase the benefits and capabilities of Azure.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a solid grasp of Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, databases, security, and Dev Ops. Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure offerings, updates, and industry trends to deliver accurate and relevant mentorship to customers.
  • Proposal Development: Assist the sales team in creating detailed and comprehensive proposals and quotes that align with customer requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, licensing, and solution configurations.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key collaborators, including customers, partners, and vendors. Act as a trusted advisor and technical consultant to support long-term customer success and drive customer happiness.
  • POC Management: Plan, coordinate, and implement proof of concepts and pilots to validate the efficiency of Azure solutions. Provide technical mentorship and fix during the POC phase to address any issues or concerns.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing technical guidance, addressing customer inquiries, and conducting product demonstrations. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project handover.
