Job Description:

As a Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering dashboard reporting to provide a comprehensive view of marketing performance for our clients.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform, including managing data streams and building marketing and advertising dashboards.

You will work closely with our Australian team to deliver high-quality results and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry, as well as experience with data mapping and normalization.

Additionally, you will have experience with Datorama Data Streams, APIs, and TotalConnect, and be familiar with SQL and pivot tables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience using MCI/Datorama
  • Proven track record of building marketing and advertising dashboards
  • Experience with data mapping and normalization
  • Strong understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry
  • Experience with Datorama Data Streams, APIs, and TotalConnect
  • Knowledge of pivot tables and calculated fields
  • Experience with related data streams
  • Understanding of marketing performance metrics (impressions, CTR, CPL, ROAS, attribution models)
