Job Role:

SAP Senior Operations Manager

Summary:

This key role will be responsible for leading and managing IT project teams in order to deliver high-quality results. The individual will work closely with the operations manager/tower leaders to track and report project status under the IT Program portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement best practices and tools for project planning, execution, and ongoing deliverable tracking.
  • Present project updates to senior management and provide critical support for executive meetings and governance committees.
  • Direct PMO's project managers and team members in governance, process implementation, and resource capacity planning.
  • Facilitate issue escalation, audit of required project deliverables, and identification of areas for improvement.
  • Travel may be required based on business demands.

Requirements:

  • At least 12+ years of experience using knowledge management systems (VISIO, Smart sheet, MS Projects, Excel & Power Point).
  • Industry standard Project Management Certifications such as PMP are highly valued.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in business analyst roles for IT Software and Infrastructure projects is required.
