Financial Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting operations. This includes overseeing accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. They will be proficient in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems, with experience in SAP or Tally being preferred.
A key aspect of this role is ensuring timely completion of internal and statutory audits, while maintaining accurate documentation. The successful candidate will also handle reconciliations, including bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company transactions.
Additionally, they will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis, as well as monitor working capital, including receivables follow-up and vendor payments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter) with 3–4 years of relevant experience to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our organization.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
