Transforming revenue growth is at the core of this role. As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for driving international client partnerships and crafting strategic cues that propel our business forward.
The key to success lies in effectively managing revenue and distribution functions for hotels, hotel apartments, and holiday homes. A proven track record of leadership and clarity of thought in executing revenue decisions will be crucial.

This opportunity offers a chance to travel extensively within India and abroad while interacting with a diverse range of partners, moving beyond day-to-day pricing and inventory management. The revenue manager will undergo comprehensive training to ensure optimal returns on invested time.
You will play a pivotal role in recruiting and training new team members as the company expands. We seek someone with a focused approach to handling end-to-end revenue management processes.

- Develop and implement successful commercial strategies tailored to our partners' needs.
- Elevate the culture established by our founder through all actions taken on behalf of our partners.
- Adapt strategies according to market trends to maximize room sales and revenue for hotels, holiday homes, and hotel apartments.
- Assist the Founder in completing revenue budgets and forecasts for all departments.
- Predict weekly and monthly rolling forecasts based on trends.
- Organize weekly revenue meetings with the Founder to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and supervise sales and marketing efforts.
- Leverage expertise in revenue management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets to drive innovation.
- Maintain consistent selling strategies across channels and develop systems to foster business growth opportunities for partners.
- Accurately document ongoing controls applied to all systems.
- Evaluate daily revenue and market confidence, providing suggestions for price and strategy adjustments to Commercial teams.
