Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee data, ensuring the smooth operation of various insurance policies, and maintaining effective relationships with insurers, clients' HR and Finance teams, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Manage and maintain employee data for clients, including Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies.
  • Policy Administration: Oversee policy administration, coordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, correction through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with insurers, clients' HR and Finance teams, and TPAs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports and data statements for clients and client executives.

  • Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Process Orientation: Continuous improvement mindset with a strong orientation towards process efficiency.
Tech Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with insurance policy management systems.
