**Job Opportunity:** Admission Counselor

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Admission Counselor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Follow-up:
    • Establish relationships with prospective students through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
    • Maintain a pipeline of leads and track follow-up actions to move prospects through the sales funnel.
    • Qualify leads based on their interest, eligibility, and potential for enrollment.
  • Counseling and Admissions Support:
    • Provide expert guidance on program details, career paths, prerequisites, and admissions requirements.
    • Assist prospective students with the application process, ensuring that all required documents are submitted accurately and on time.
    • Address queries regarding program content, financial aid, scholarships, and any other concerns regarding enrollment.
  • Sales and Conversion:
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas for student enrollment and conversion rates.
    • Persuasively promote the institution's offerings, addressing any objections or concerns potential students may have.
    • Keep records of interactions with leads and students in the CRM system to track their status and follow-up actions.
