Job Overview
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers with warmth and professionalism, assist them with initial inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate staff. Provide information about ongoing offers and policies.
- Hosting and Greeting: Ensure every customer feels valued and receives personalized attention. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer comfort.
- Vendor Coordination: Handle inquiries and coordinate with vendors for orders, deliveries, and other requirements. Maintain records of vendor interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Showroom Support: Manage phone calls, emails, and appointments efficiently. Ensure customer and vendor documentation is accurately recorded and organized. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception area.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain a log of daily customer footfall and share reports with management. Support the sales team with additional tasks such as scheduling customer follow-ups or preparing reports.
