  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Leading and developing a team of recruiters to focus on productivity and high performance in recruitment delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in recruitment and business development, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
