The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building relationships with clients, and leading a team of recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Leading and developing a team of recruiters to focus on productivity and high performance in recruitment delivery.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in recruitment and business development, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
