We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building, and nurturing relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with clients
- Convert given leads into sales
- Give demos of the product and features as per the customer's requirement
- Maintain the meeting-to-conversion ratio
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Inside Sales experience
- Probing, Objection handling, Negotiation, Convincing Skills
- End-to-end sales experience from lead generation to conversion
- Sales on call experience, but open to customer meetings too
- Basic technical knowledge, understanding of how technology works
- SaaS Product company experience is preferable
- Street Smart and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
