Advanced Operations Manager

We are currently hiring for a Production Planning and Control Specialist to join our team.
This role is responsible for creating work orders, following up with warehouses, implementing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and tracking Material Obsolescence (MO) aging.
The ideal candidate will have experience in production planning and control, with excellent organizational and communication skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Work Order Creation: Create and execute work orders for all sub-assemblies and finished goods.
- Warehouse Follow-up: Follow up with warehouses to ensure timely receipt of materials.
- ECO Implementation: Implement ECOs for all sub-assemblies.
- MO Aging Tracking: Track MO aging and execute necessary actions.
- Maintaining Healthy WIP Levels: Maintain First Article Test Plan (FATP) Work-in-Progress (WIP) levels at healthy levels.
- Fulfilling Customer Commitments: Fulfill customer commitments without any gaps.
- Monitoring Achievable Rates: Monitor achievable rates as per plans.
- Daily Meetings: Conduct daily meetings with Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) to understand reasons for losses and address them to the right Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) to fix the issue.
