Advanced Identity Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Junior Identity Operations Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of identity and access management solutions.
The selected individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving multiple applications and integration types. They will also contribute to the development of role-based access control systems, segregation of duties, entitlement management, and identity lifecycle management.
In addition, the Junior Identity Operations Engineer will collaborate with Agile teams to implement modern authentication methodologies such as SAML-based Federation, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID. They will also participate in SOC/Sox internal and external audits.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to think abstractly, and be comfortable performing requirements analysis and documenting solutions.
Key qualifications include:
- Ability to handle ambiguous or undefined problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint identity secure cloud, and two-step verification
- Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts
- Experience with database management and data structure knowledge
