Identity Governance Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance specialist to join our Identity and Access Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customize workflows, rules, and connectors to meet business requirements
  • Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications for provisioning and access governance
  • Perform role-based access control (RBAC), policy enforcement, and compliance reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver Identity Governance solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle and access management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development and implementation
  • Strong understanding of Identity Governance concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and role management
  • Experience with Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and web services
  • Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, AD), databases, and enterprise systems
  • Good knowledge of security standards and compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
