Job Opportunity

A lead structural engineer is required to oversee and direct a team of junior engineers in the development and implementation of comprehensive engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, advanced technical knowledge, and superior communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct, mentor, and manage a team of junior structural engineers to deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
  • Provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, and performance evaluations for the structural team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality and cost parameters.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Conduct technical reviews, quality assurance checks, and risk assessments for ongoing projects to identify and mitigate potential issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Master's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of international and local building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and RCDC.
