Job Title: MEP Manager – Semiconductor Project

About the Role

As a seasoned MEP manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all MEP activities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, and process piping for a cutting-edge semiconductor project. Your expertise in ensuring alignment with project specifications, cleanroom standards, and client requirements is essential to the success of this project.

  • Lead and manage all MEP activities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, and process piping for the semiconductor project.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications, cleanroom standards, and client requirements.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems, including power distribution, HVAC, ultrapure water treatment, process gases, and other semiconductor-specific utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes/standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SEMI standards) and local regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage schedules, control budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and coordination issues across multiple disciplines.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor/high-tech/cleanroom projects.
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms, ultrapure water systems, process gases, and high-voltage electrical distribution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
