Marketing Support Professional

This role will be based in our office and you will support the team by coordinating business needs, producing documents, managing documentation and emails, providing support to the team when required, planning and coordinating meetings, coordinating and updating tracking sheets, and completing other related tasks.

About this Role
  • Support team by coordinating business needs related to timesheets, expense reports, IT requests, and other miscellaneous duties like managing data in shared directory
  • Produce and transmit documents for the team, such as general communications, summaries of meetings, proposals, contracts, safety documentation, and various reports
  • Manage documentation and emails according to our documents control system
  • Provide support to the team when required, for example, developing templates, following the requirements of the proposal/client
  • Plan and coordinate meetings
  • Coordinate and update various tracking sheets in Excel

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, any graduate degree or relevant training, 2-5 years of relevant experience as a marketing assistant in a medium to large-sized company, basic understanding of engineering consulting, proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs, good initiative, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate well with teams.

Key Competencies / Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Any Graduate Degree/ Degree in Office Administration /Management/ or any other relevant training
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Marketing Assistant in a medium to large-sized company (500 employees or more)
  • Basic understanding of engineering consulting will be considered an asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs
  • Good initiative, attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate well with US teams and colleagues
  • Good working knowledge of SharePoint
  • Team player and able to work on a flexible schedule
