Job Description

Were Hiring: Marketing Specialist

Experience Level: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content and brand strategy for all marketing initiatives.

Content Creation:

- Write high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, internal comms, presentations, websites, brochures, and videos.
- Develop engaging emailers, social media posts, event backdrops, and scripts for videos.

Social Media Management:

- Manage social media calendars, posts, and creatives using tools like Canva & AI-driven platforms.
- Drive employer branding initiatives through campaigns and internal videos.

Collaboration:

- Partner with HR, Sales, Product, and Regional teams for aligned content delivery.
- Support sales teams with account research and data-driven initiatives.

Tools & Tech:

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini).
- Familiarity with automation tools for content and marketing efficiency.

What Were Looking For:

Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.

Strong written & verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset and strong storytelling ability.

Experience managing multiple projects effectively.

Preferred:

Experience in Banking/Fintech.

Exposure to US-based client content.

Knowledge of AI-driven marketing solutions.
