As a pivotal member of our team, you will drive the expansion of our test prep programs by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with our mission.
Key Responsibilities- School Partnership Acquisition: Establish strong relationships with partner schools, understanding parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics to drive successful onboarding.
- Relationship Building: Serve as the single point of contact for partner schools, fostering collaboration based on mutual understanding and trust.
- School Growth Support: Engage parents through initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts to promote student learning outcomes.
- Partnership Agreement Negotiation: Facilitate smooth transitions to the Key Account team by negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements that align with our goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Drive timely collections, track key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.
