Smart Buildings Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Smart Buildings Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a real difference in the world of smart buildings.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining building management systems (BMS) that are at the forefront of innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement BMS networks, including sensors, controllers, and actuators.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely and quality delivery of hardware and software packages.
  • Maintain process adherence and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • BE/ME in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chilled water, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VAV, hot water systems.
  • Hands-on experience with BMS architecture, operator workstations, supervisory controllers, DDC controllers, sensors & actuators.
  • Familiarity with network protocols: BACNet, LON, Modbus, OPC, etc.
  • Proficient in wiring, field devices, safety interlocks, and panels.
  • Experience in engineering, installation, and commissioning of HVAC/BMS systems.
