Job Title: Strategic IT Governance Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Governance professional to drive strategic IT initiatives for finance and non-banking financial company organizations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in setting up data centers from scratch, establishing robust testing COE, and developing enterprise-grade resiliency and operations centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing Data Center Infrastructure: Ensure scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
  • Testing COE Framework Development: Establish and govern testing COE frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies.
  • Resiliency and Operations Center Management: Build and manage an advanced ROC for proactive monitoring and incident management.
  • IT Governance and Compliance: Define IT policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with finance and NBFCC regulations.
  • Leadership and Strategy Partnership: Partner with CXOs to align IT governance with business strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in data center design and operations.
  • Proven experience in testing COE setup and execution.
  • Hands-on experience with ROC tools – Zoho Manage Engine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace.
  • Knowledge of resiliency frameworks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent governance frameworks preferred.
