Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop targeted job descriptions.
  • Source and screen candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for the role.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
