Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our people transformation initiatives. As Chief People Transformation Officer, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that align with our business goals.

Your primary focus will be on architecting and implementing end-to-end HR solutions that enhance employee experiences, drive business outcomes, and promote cultural excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support our global growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment and effective communication.
  • Drive the development of predictive analytics capabilities to inform HR decision-making.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop and execute succession planning programs to ensure leadership continuity.
Culture & Employee Experience:
  • Lead the creation of a culture-focused operating system to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop and execute DEI programs to promote an inclusive work environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Develop and execute competitive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Program Management:
  • Oversee the development and execution of HR programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in HR operations.
