Requirements

  • 2 + years of experience in Securities Operations or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 1+ year of Leadership experience.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure team adherence to internal controls, compliance policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead audits and reviews related to income servicing processes.
  • Promote a strong risk culture and ethical standards.

Change Management

  • Guide the team through process changes, system upgrades, and organizational shifts.
  • Champion automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage resistance and build engagement during transitions.
