Key Responsibilities:

  • Create user-centric designs for our portfolio of workflow products as an individual contributor.
  • Gather actionable insights through user research, including observational studies and user interviews.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on product goals and roadmap.
  • Embed user-centred design thinking into every stage of the product development lifecycle.
  • Support product management in defining feature specs and driving adoption through design decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Expertise in conceptualizing and visualizing design through wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture.
  • Solid foundation in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Sound reasoning and decision-making grounded in user needs and product context.
