Strategic Activation Manager

This senior role is responsible for driving business outcomes in the consumer activation space through strategic planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of experiential marketing and be able to develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Execute: Develop annual activity calendars based on brand plans and drive execution to achieve business objectives.
  • Strategy and Measurement: Create clear strategies for each key sub-brand to achieve business objectives and measure impact on the brand.
  • Database Management: Build consumer databases and retarget consumers through future campaigns.
  • Event Planning: Drive participation in rural and higher-level events, exploring regional festivals like Chatt Puja and Karva Chauth.
  • Cost Optimization: Optimize costs through negotiation and cost-effective models.
  • Touch Point Identification: Identify new touch points to engage, sample, or sell, such as wedding planners, cafes, and amusement parks.
  • Technology-Driven Campaigns: Create technology-driven campaigns using AR/VR/Meta/Gaming, disrupting traditional methods and measuring their impact.
  • Consumer Database Development: Continuously create consumer databases and review periodic finance trackers and SOP adherence.
  • Agency Management: Manage agencies effectively, including new, specialized, and regional agencies.
  • Best Practices: Showcase best practices in activation and digital activation projects.
