Job Title: HR Intern
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our human resources team. This role is perfect for freshers or entry-level candidates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and human resources operations.
- Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various job openings, utilizing strong communication skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining open communication channels and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs, promoting our company's brand and attracting top talent.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and providing comprehensive training and support.
- Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and trends, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a strong foundation in recruitment principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
