We are looking for a motivated HR Intern (HR Recruiter) to join our team. This role is perfect for freshers or entry-level candidates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and HR operations. The HR Intern will assist the recruiting team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates.

Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various job openings.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information.
- Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
- Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and trends.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about the HR field.
