About the Role

As a Sr Process Associate at Entregar Solutions Pvt Ltd you will play a crucial role in supporting end to end mortgage operations for U.S based lenders and brokers

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of U.S mortgage guidelines and compliance requirements excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment

  • Review loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with loan officers borrowers and third parties to gather required information
  • Order and track appraisals credit reports title VOEs and other documentation
  • Maintain pipeline management and timely loan file submission
About Mortgage Underwriter Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze credit income asset and collateral documents
  • Assess borrower eligibility in line with U.S agency and investor guidelines Fannie Mae Freddie Mac FHA VA USDA
  • Issue underwriting decisions Approve Suspense Deny with clear conditions
  • Mitigate risk by ensuring compliance with company investor and regulatory requirements
About Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in U.S Mortgage Processing and/or Underwriting
  • Strong knowledge of U.S mortgage guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal in English
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Proficiency in LOS systems LendingPad Encompass Calyx Arive or similar
