Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that meet the organization's objectives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of filling positions within an organization, designing and implementing effective recruiting systems, developing a network of suitable candidates, handling administration and record-keeping, working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan, executing recruitment plans efficiently, drafting and posting job descriptions, interviewing candidates, preparing job offers, and networking with various institutions and social media platforms.

In order to succeed in this role, the candidate will require excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent record keeping, and a strong network of contacts in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, an MBA preferred, and minimum 2 years of experience in a related field. They will also need to be proficient in using social media to attract suitable candidates and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
