Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Land Acquisition Specialist. This is a key role that requires expertise in land acquisition and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire private land & government land under relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Facilitate approval of forest diversion proposals and coordinate with the legal department.
  • Prepare transfer deeds, agreements, survey reports, and facilitate land registration.
  • Proactively plan and act on land acquisition-related matters and resolve existing issues.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate with at least 8 years of experience in land acquisition.
  • At least 5 years' experience in land acquisition with a renewable energy developer in India.
  • Conversant with Land Acquisition Acts and exposure to handling land & rehabilitation matters.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management & active liaisoning.
  • A law background is preferred.
