The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a B2C sales role, preferably in the Ed Tech and Education industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly goal-driven and results-oriented.
