Job Title: Key Performance Associate

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious individual with a strong focus on learning, innovation, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take complete ownership of project execution, including performance management.
  • Optimize existing projects by closely working with the product team to drive efficiency.
  • Handle general operations, including daily execution, driving volume, tracking progress, highlighting flags, and daily reporting.
  • Analyze training needs and provide coaching to team members.
  • Collect feedback on a regular basis and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor team performance to achieve Key Results Areas (KRAs).
  • Mentor and motivate student workforce, demonstrating strong people engagement skills.
  • Run pilots for new projects and implement improvements in processes at every level.
  • Set goals, KPIs, and targets for team members.

Desired Skills:

  1. 2 years of relevant experience in managing an operations team or equivalent.
  2. Proven ability in driving tightly controlled operational metrics.
  3. Strong process orientation, business acumen, and analytical skills.
  4. Good people management, team building, and program management skills.
  5. High-quality work in a dynamic and unstructured environment.
  6. Higher than normal sense of ownership with a clear bias for action.
  7. Relevant educational qualification and excellent communication skills.
