Role Summary:

We are seeking a driven Marketing & Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for EdTech and student career transformation.

  • The selected individual will be responsible for building brand presence, engaging with leads, and driving student admissions through the development and execution of marketing & sales campaigns.
  • This role requires close collaboration with the inside sales team to generate and qualify leads, conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities, create and manage content for social media & offline campaigns, support TAC's events, workshops, and demo sessions, maintain CRM data and track funnel conversions, and present weekly reports and insights to the leadership team.

Skillset:

  • Freshers or final-year students
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills (English + Telugu/Hindi preferred)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing basics (bonus)
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
