Job Opportunity:

Marketing Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized marketing professional to assist with end-to-end campaign execution for influencer marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram and YouTube.
  • Influencer Identification and Coordination: Identify, shortlist, and coordinate with influencers as per campaign requirements.
  • Communication Management: Manage communication with influencers regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Campaign Deliverables: Ensure campaign deliverables (posts, stories, videos) are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Track live campaigns, monitor content performance, and flag issues proactively.
  • Campaign Reporting: Maintain campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.
  • Internal Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, pricing, and design) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Documentation and Invoicing: Ensure timely invoicing, documentation, and database management for influencer collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing (internships included).
  • Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to multitask, and problem-solving attitude.
