System Development Expert

As a System Development Expert, you will play a pivotal role in leading our development team and driving innovation in system analysis, design, and documentation.

You will be responsible for performing code analyses, reading exercises on current and previous projects, and leading developers in coding activities. Your expertise will help us identify bottlenecks, bugs, performance issues, and optimize applications to deliver seamless solutions.

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent attention to detail, be able to quickly learn new software, frameworks, languages, and technologies, and apply innovative thinking at work.

Job Requirements
  • Experience: 3.5- 5 years of experience in system development, with a strong focus on PHP (Laravel Framework), JavaScript, MySQL, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented PHP programming, knowledge of code versioning tools like Git, and solid coding skills with the ability to drive teams through massive refactoring exercises.
  • Deep understanding and experience of working with multi-tier architectures, high-performance web-scale systems, and real-time response systems.
  • Knowledge or experience with JavaScript libraries and runtime environments like Vue.js, React.js, Node.js is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge in ELK stack would be an added advantage.
